My feet and legs were killing me with 12 minutes to go. I looked down, focused on the floor, and pushed through. I was able to burn over 300 calories on the bike tonight. I then got up, did some weights, and 12 more minutes on the treadmill. I can't agree more... push yourself. It sucks, but it is SO worth it when you are finished.
